Championed by Oberlin Conservatory and Juilliard School educated Founding CEO Linda Weise, the Conservatory attracts and retains the nation’s finest arts educators. We have a deep and abiding respect for our faculty mentors and  guest artists/lecturers who share with our students a gift for teaching and a deep passion for the arts.

The CSC engages professional performing artists/ mentors for instruction of all subjects and private lessons.  That said, the ‘Artistic Development’ for all mentors is ongoing and extremely frequent in the form of performances such as public recitals, collaborative experiences with the regional higher learning institutions; University of Colorado at Colorado Springs (UCCS), Colorado College (CC), Denver University (DU), CU Boulder, etc. as well as the creation, publishing and release of new works.  This provides for high level, peer mentorship.  The mentor team is encouraged to use the Conservatory as a platform for all things creative and professional.  Consequently, a CSC mentor representative performs no less that twice a week somewhere in the community, region or state.

Our teaching method is student-centric, offering a balance of peer-coaching, teacher mentoring, and performance.
