We’d like to send a BIG CONGRATULATIONS to four talented songwriters and Conservatory students/alum -Gabby Leal, Trinity Niemyer, Jessa Book, and Meredith Benét- who were all finalists in the second annual Steve Harris Songwriter of the Year Contest at this year’s Meadowgrass Music Festival Colorado!
All of us at Colorado Springs Conservatory are SO VERY PROUD of them, and their songwriting mentors, Joe Johnson and Jeff Grady, for having the confidence to share their stories in song.
JESSA BOOK was named the WINNER of the 13-18 year old division and performed her original song in front of the festival crowd!
