Scott Marble has joined the Colorado Springs Conservatory leadership team as the newly named COO.
“Scott is a long time friend to the Conservatory and the ultimate servant leader,” says Linda Weise, Founding, CEO. “I have no doubt that the skill set he brings to this incredible team during this time will elevate our work in ways that we can only imagine! Scott’s perspective will be fresh and exciting as we are expanding into new platforms with record numbers of students both on site and virtually. We are thrilled to welcome Scott.”
Scott worked in a key executive role at Garden of the Gods and Resort and Club as well as the Cheyenne Mountain Resort prior to this new post. He is a dedicated professional with a proven record of financial growth and asset appreciation. He is a wellness advocate and a classically trained ballet dancer with professional performance experience in three companies and a continuing passion for the arts. “This opportunity to return to a career centered in the arts was like finding a buried treasure. Beginning in college I have moved seamlessly between the arts and hospitality, so this feels like a natural turn of events for me. I have known the leaders, mentors and young artists of Colorado Springs Conservatory for nearly twenty years, and it is an honor to be part of this organization that does so much to impact the youth of our community and the community as a whole,” Mr. Marble says.
CSC Program Director Shantell Autry says, “I am so excited to have Scott on the Conservatory team. I look forward to continuing on this journey with him.”
