Wine & Cheese Pairing Seminar

Italy not only makes great wine, but also some of the finest cheeses in the world – and when you match Italian wines with Italian cheeses, magic happens! In this “Festival Favorite” seminar, we will taste several wines and sample several cheeses to see if we can find the Ultimate Match. Our Italian winemakers will be there to share their thoughts on matching their wines with certain types of cheeses. We will focus on cheeses produced in northern Italy and let you know where you can purchase the cheeses used in the seminar.
