The Colorado Springs Conservatory (CSC) is seeking dynamic, passionate Part-Time Theater Teachers with skills in acting, dance, directing, or related disciplines to join our exceptional team.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate theater instruction in our partner school programs.
- Inspire and motivate students while monitoring and encouraging their growth.
- Select material that is both skill-appropriate and creatively stimulating.
- Provide thoughtful, constructive feedback to students and families.
- Maintain a positive, professional, well-managed classroom environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Theater, Music Education, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience teaching theater or performing arts.
- A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring young artists.
- Confidence leading groups of youth in structured, creative lessons.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong professional presence.
- Solid understanding of theater curriculum with the ability to adapt to varying ages and abilities.
