After the success of “Searching for Santa” last year, the CC music department and the Colorado Springs Conservatory are teaming up once again to present, “Anastasia.” The musical “Anastasia” tells the story of Anya, a young amnesiac woman who believes she might be the lost Grand Duchess Anastasia Nikolaevna of Russia. She joins forces with two con men, Dmitry and Vlad, who plan to present her to the Dowager Empress in Paris as a way to escape Russia and claim a reward. The musical explores themes of identity, family, and finding one’s place in the world amidst political turmoil. Don’t miss this exciting collaboration this December!
