Summer Musical Theatre Camps
Our 1 week intensive musical theatre camps take students through the entire process of putting on a musical from reading, to rehearsal to final performance. Students learn about blocking, lighting, costumes, properties, acting, singing and more!
Session 2 – July 31 – August 4
Disney’s The Jungle Book Kids
Adapted from Disney’s beloved animated film and the works of Rudyard Kipling, the “man cub” Mowgli, bounds through the jungle and learns what it means to be human.
Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
Our one week intensive workshops focus on recording arts through digital music production, singing in an a capella group context, our A Positive Note music-making program for young adults with disabilities or new this summer visual art and jewelry workshops.
A Capella Summer Workshop
July 31 – August 4
Monday – Friday, 10am – 2:30pm (with Friday performance at 4pm)
With a cappella music (voice only without instrumentation) capturing the pop culture scene, it’s clear that this genre has never been more culturally relevant. The Intensive offers preparation for contemporary competitive a cappella through training in a cappella styles, basic arranging, modern a cappella choreography, thinking outside the box and performing without a safety net! Students will choose, arrange and master 3-4 diverse pieces, memorize and create original choreography and present them in a performance.
A Positive Note

Tuition: $150 for 8 sessions
A Positive Note (APN) is a music-making program for young adults with disabilities that empowers all participants to access a sense of joy, self-discovery, belonging and accomplishment. Activities include percussion, singing, piano, guitar, songwriting and dance. The program will culminate with a performance at 11:00am on Thursday August 3rd.
Summer Master Sessions
New this year the CSC presents a variety of one or two day workshops we call Master Sessions where students work closely with a master in their craft to enhance their knowledge and skills.
Singer-Songwriter Workshop with Esme Patterson
Spend a day with Denver based singer-songwriter Esme Patterson formerly of Paper Bird. We will explore everything from lyrics to song structure to the music business. The day will culminate with a performance by workshop participants.

Student concert: 6pm
Ages: 12 – adult
Options include: vocal studies, instrumental studies, composition, recording arts, theory, dance, and theater.

Lessons must be paid for in advance. Once payment has been received we will work with you to schedule dates and times.
Private lessons missed by the student for any reason will not be refunded or rescheduled. Private lessons missed by the student because of religious observance, contagious illness or emergency may be made up only in the event of an opening in the instructor’s schedule. However, there is no guarantee of make-ups for student absences as our instructors’ schedules tend to be full. If the instructor must cancel a lesson, a make-up lesson will be offered based on the instructor’s availability. If the student then misses the make-up lesson, a second make-up lesson will not be arranged. CSC classes missed by the student cannot be made-up and tuitions will not be refunded. If a student is 10+ minutes late without calling in to the front office they will forfeit their lesson time and it may not be made up.
45 minutes: $50/lesson
30 minute: $33.50/lesson
